Buah Dabai

                                           

Typically, fruit dabai very easily available in Sibu and Sarikei. Apparently, this fruit is a favorite and no stranger to the people of Sarawak. In scientific language, the fruit is called as Canarium odontophyllum. The fruit will be soaked in hot water to soften the flesh and the fruit dabai, there is a hard seed. The flesh is yellow and the seeds are shaped like a rugby ball but triangular.

Umai


This food tradaisional Melanau community. There is no umai umai shrimp and fish. Which interestingly about umai, umai not cooked. But fish / shrimp will cook just use your milking lime juice, ginger, garlic and chilli. to taste more fresh, cool location in a crate immediately before eating. Indeed sgt & menaikkn savory taste when eating rice.

Kolok Mee




Kolok Mee (also spelled kolo mee ), dried noodles , or noodles links  is a type of noodle that is quite popular in the state of Sarawak .Many of the stalls around Kuching are providing or selling this Kolok Mee. Kolok Mee is usually served with soup and ketchup  . Delicious taste aa :) but we serve HALAL only :)

Ambuyat


                                            


Ambuyat is a dish that originates from the trunk of the sago palm. It is a bland starchy substances similar to tapioca starch. Ambuyat is a local delicacy in Brunei, and the Federal Territory of Labuan and the states of Sarawak and Sabah in Malaysia like where it is sometimes called linut

Laksa Sarawak




                                         

Laksa Sarawak is different with other laksa .It is actually very different from the curry laksa as the soup contains no curry at all. It has a base of Sambal belacan, sour tamarind, garlic, galangal, lemon grass and coconut milk, topped with omelette strips, chicken strips, prawns, fresh coriander and optionally lime. Ingredients such as bean sprouts, (sliced) fried tofu or other seafood are not traditional but are sometimes added.

Manok Pansoh

                                


 YUMMYY !!!! Manok pansoh usually keeps in a bamboo . The ' manok 'cooking inside the bamboo.
